International lunch

13.4. Wednesday

Helena Boluin and Amy Hathaway had an great idea that we could make our own counry's traditional food. I voluntered to be first host. Amy did american starter: meat-burgers,
I did salmon soup, Sabine did austrian apple strudel.

It allmost came a disaster, because repairmen were changing heater and repairing upstairs shower. So their tools were everywhere and so on. Well, this is what you get, when your family's inner information is lacking.

There were 8 women and 7 children in our kitchen with lots of noise. We were having like picnik, some had to sit on the floor, because there were no space left: too cold outside and repairmen in livingroom... Food was delicious and it was plenty of it. Helena had made french cakes witch were eaten with coffee, yam!
